Cangrelor, Clopidogrel, Conivaptan, Coumarins, Darunavir, Delavirdine, Diclofenac, Indinavir, Inotersen, Meloxicam, NSAIDs, Phenindione, Telithromycin, Voriconazole, Warfarin
PREGNANCY CATEGORY: B
Contra-indicated in patients with active pathological bleeding, prior transient ischemic attack or stroke.
