Anagrelide, Anticoagulants, Antifungals, Antiplatelet agents, Clarithromycin, Collagenase, Conivaptan, CYP2C19 inhibitors, CYP3A4 inducers or inhibitors, Dasatinib, Deferasirox, Diltiazem, Drotrecogin Alfa, Erythromycin, Esomeprazole, Fondaparinux, Glucosamine, Grapefruit Juice, High-fat foods, Ibritumomab, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Macrolide antibiotics, NSAIDs, Omeprazole, PEG-Interferon, Pentosan, Pentoxifylline, Prostacyclin analogues, Salicylates, St John's Wort, Telithromycin, Thrombolytic agents, Tositumomab & Iodine131, Voriconazole

PREGNANCY CATEGORY: C

Contra-indicated in patients with congestive heart failure or active pathological bleeding.
