    Overdose of methotrexate; in combination with fluorouracil in the palliative treatment of patients with colorectal cancer

    Advanced pancreatic cancer (in combination with oxaliplatin/irinotecan/fluorouracil (FOLFIRINOX or FOLFOXIRI))

    Used in combination with fluorouracil and irinotecan (FOLFIRI) for treatment of advanced-stage and metastatic colorectal cancer
