FOLFOX and related chemotherapeutic combinations
FOLFOX: A combination of leucovorin (folinic acid), fluorouracil, and oxaliplatin.
FOLFOX-4, FOLFOX-6, FOLFOX-7 are different regimens for the administration of FOLFOX.
FOLFIRI: A combination of leucovorin (folinic acid), fluorouracil, and irinotecan.
FOLFIRINOX (also known as FOLFOXIRI): A combination of leucovorin (folinic acid), fluorouracil, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin.
