CLINICALLY IMPORTANT, POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS INTERACTIONS WITH:

Erythromycin, Neuromuscular blocking agents, Other topical medications with a skin drying effect

PREGNANCY CATEGORY: C

Contra-indicated in patients with regional enteritis, ulcerative colitis, or history of antibiotic-associated colitis.

Exposure to sunlight, sunlamps, and weather extremes should be avoided during the use of clindamycin/tretinoin gel.
