Alcohol, Antihypertensive agents, Atazanavir, Azithromycin, CNS acting drugs, Dopamine, Drugs known to cause electrolyte imbalance or increase QT interval, Erythromycin, Fluconazole, Hepatic enzyme inducers, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Levodopa, Methadone, P4503A inhibitors, Tricyclic antidepressants

PREGNANCY CATEGORY: C

Elderly patients with dementia-related psychosis treated with antipsychotic drugs are at an increased risk of death.

Children, adolescents and young adults taking antidepressants for major depressive disorder and other psychiatric disorders are at an increased risk of suicidal thinking and behavior.

Safety and effectiveness in adolescents and children has only been established for schizophrenia in patients aged 13–17 years and for bipolar mania in patients aged 10–17 years.
