Leucovorin
- TRADE NAMES: Antrex; Citrec; Folinic Acid; Lederfolin; Leucovorin; Refolinin; Rescufolin; Rescuvolin
- INDICATIONS: Overdose of methotrexate; in combination with fluorouracil in the palliative treatment of patients with colorectal cancer. Advanced pancreatic cancer (in combination with oxaliplatin/irinotecan/fluorouracil (FOLFIRINOX or FOLFOXIRI)). Used in combination with fluorouracil and irinotecan (FOLFIRI) for treatment of advanced-stage and metastatic colorectal cancer. Used in combination with fluorouracil and oxaliplatin (FOLFOX; mFOLFOX6) for treatment of colorectal cancer.
